Aboard a comfortable motorcoach you'll explore downtown, where streets are lined by
wooden boardwalks and false-fronted buildings. Along the way, your driver/guide will amuse
you with thrilling tales of the famous and foolhardy, who once made Skagway the wildest
and most lawless place on earth. After browsing through the Trail of '98 Museum's artifacts, you'll continue to the Gold
rush Cemetery, the final resting place of outlaw Soapy Smith. this legendary man was
Skagway's notorious self-proclaimed ruler. The Lookout is a photographer's delight. From here, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the
Skagway valley, surrounding mountains, Lynn Canal and the gleaming Crystal Symphony. Your motorcoach will leave you in downtown Skagway or you may choose o return directly
to the ship. Approximately 2 hours. |
