Sprawling Stanley Park is one of Vancouver's most acclaimed playgrounds.

Stanley Park has the wide lawns, cricket pitches, picnic areas and military monuments which characterize many city parks, but its ocean shore and natural beauty provide the greatest lure for those exploring on foot.

From our pier, you'll take a 10 minute ride by coach or minivan to the park, where your leisurely stroll will begin.  The wonders of Vancouver's coastal rain forest await, an area frequented by wildfowl and small woodland animals.  Marvel at giant cedars, towering Douglas firs and hemlock.

As the Pacific's waters almost encircle the park, there are sandy beaches and a sea wall to stroll along.  You'll also confront the impressive totem poles, which were carved by the Squamish people, Vancouver's original native inhabitants.  Nearby lies Lost Lagoon, a haven for Canada geese, trumpeter swans and imported mandarin ducks.

There will be time for a tasty snack and beverage before you return by coach to the ship.

Approximately 3 hours.
